Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Persian Tradition / persianwine.com. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Persian Tradition / persianwine.com are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we are not able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except California . If Persian Tradition / persianwine.com is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Persian Tradition / persianwine.com.
Shipments of Wine
Title to and ownership of wine purchased from this website passes from Persian Tradition wine to the purchaser in the State of California. The risk of loss for all purchased items also passes from Persian Tradition wine to the purchaser in the same manner and at the same time title passes to the purchaser. Persian Tradition wine does not convey or intimate the right of any person to transport beverage alcohol across any state border. The purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of his or her wine from California to his or her home state. At the purchaser’s request, Persian Tradition wine will arrange delivery of the wine. In doing so, Persian Tradition wine is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser represents that he or she is acting in a manner compliant with his or her state and local laws regarding the purchase, transport and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he or she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and certifies that he or she is at least 21 years of age.Persian Tradition wine reserves the right to choose any and all procedures, packaging and transporter of sold merchandise. Persian Tradition wine assumes no liability for breach of any regulation by the purchaser. Persian Tradition wine assumes no liability for any misinterpretation of the above provisions.
Shipping Costs
GSO & UPS Ground is Persian Tradition's / persianwine.com's carrier of choice (common carrier). Ground shipping is provided by GSO or UPS at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects UPS /FedEx Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Persian Tradition / persianwine.com is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
